Flour Share: Shipping

from $68.00

Spring Enrollment: Jan 12 - Jan 25, 2026.

Spring 2026 Flour Shares: Feb - May 2026

Flour Shares are subscriptions four month subscriptions for freshly stone-milled, whole wheat flour.  These flavorful varieties are grown and milled by Farmer Mai in Sebastopol, California. Share members receive three pounds of flour each month for four months--a total of 12 lbs for the season.

Just a heads up—shipping is pricey, but I’ve had many customer requests for it, so I wanted to make it available for those who’d like the option. The one-time shipping fee covers delivery for all four shares.

Choose from five varieties:

  • Sonora Wheat, first grown in Mexico in the 1600s, is one of the oldest wheats in North America, prized for its soft texture and buttery, sweet corn aromas. Suited for everyday baking of biscuits, cookies, pies, and muffins.

  • Rouge de Bordeaux, a 19th-century French wheat beloved by artisan bakers, offers deep wheaty richness with notes of baking spices for bread loaves.

  • Abruzzi Rye, brought from Italy’s Abruzzo region to the American South in the late 1800s, is umami-leaning with mushroomy and earthy depth

  • Marquis Wheat, a Canadian landrace from the early 20th century, lends to lofty artisan bread loaves with a sweet, nutty flavor and blackberry tones.

  • Hard White is an organic, modern wheat with a soft bran and high protein (17.4%) that makes it versatile for bread and pastries

Can’t decide? Try a sampler:

  • Heirloom Sampler to try each heirloom variety: Sonora, Rouge de Bordeaux, Abruzzi Rye, and Marquis.

  • Bread Baker’s Sampler to try each hard red wheat—Marquis and Rouge de Bordeaux, alternating between these two each month.
