Taste the terroir of climate-adapted heirloom grains. Every other week, enjoy a 100% local loaf—grown, milled, and baked in Sonoma County. Naturally leavened for over 24 hours and made from unsifted whole wheat, water, wild yeast, and salt, each loaf is skillfully crafted by Eli Colvin of Revolution Bread into a flavorful sourdough with a tender, open crumb.

Pick-up available at Green Valley Farm + Mill in Sebastopol, or Graton Children’s House for enrolled preschool families on second and fourth Mondays.

Bread will be available for pick-up every second and fourth Monday of the month. New enrollments will start receiving bread at the beginning of a new month (i.e. mid-month enrollments would start the next month.) Wheat varieties will alternate between hard red and hard white.
